SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Once the product is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, subject to our Shipping Policy which provides replacement of lost parcels at our cost. SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. UK and EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day cancellation rights.
