Sizes are given in age ranges. Babies' feet grow fast, so measure foot length and check the fit every few weeks rather than buying a size up. Leave roughly one finger's width, about 0.8 to 1 cm, between the longest toe and the front of the shoe.
Is the sole flexible enough for a new walker?
Yes. These are soft-sole shoes, thin and flexible enough for a baby to feel the ground, which is what supports balance and coordination as they learn to walk. Bare feet remain best indoors; shoes are for outdoor protection.
How long will delivery take?
Shipping is free worldwide with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and you receive tracking by email. Estimated transit is 2 to 3 business days in the UK, 5 to 10 for the EU and North America, and 10 to 20 for other international destinations. Customs duties outside the UK are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I return it if it is not right?
Yes. There is a 30-day return window from delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
